LoreQuest
The Declaration
A new world is not declared by one voice. It is declared by everyone willing to put their name to it.
Read the DeclarationThe Invocation
Every world that ever changed began as a handful of people refusing to pretend the old one was working.
LoreQuest is an invitation into that refusal — and into what comes after it. Not a protest, not a platform. A story we agree to write together, beginning with a Declaration of what we intend to build and how we intend to treat each other while we build it.
Read it slowly. Sign it only if it is true for you.

The Declaration of Interdependence
A Founding Document for the New Earth
Preamble: The Truths We Remember
It is time to come together as one people, one planet, one consciousness. We have forgotten our humanity, fallen into the illusion that we are separate from nature, and have allowed this disenchantment to turn us against one another in an effort to gain status, wealth, and power. This story of division is no longer serving our collective evolution and the world that once held us is quickly faltering. This declaration is a call to ALL human beings who are ready for a new story to be told, a new way of being and belonging to each other to emerge.
Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of leaders gathered and declared their independence as a new nation. They reclaimed their sovereignty from systems of power that sought to limit and constrain them. Today, we gather again to declare our interdependence, not a decree of separation, but one of belonging. We are ready to step into our individual and shared power, in global community, as one humanity. And we are no longer willing to outsource the responsibility for our freedom to external forces that seek to subjugate us.
We are finally waking up to the illusion of fear that has plagued our species for far too long. Interdependence is a reclamation of our power as divine beings, creators of reality, and stewards of consciousness here on this planet. We hold these truths to be self-evident. We do not need to be taught something new, but rather, simply remember our fundamental nature. Let us come together, respect one another, build with one another, and walk hand in hand, into a new future of possibilities that are already here waiting for us to embody them.
All beings are created whole. Each of us carries an inner light no circumstance or external force can extinguish. We are born with the right to presence, connection, play, and creativity. It is through the recognition of our innate wholeness and the integration of all parts within ourselves that we reclaim our intrinsic power, both individually and collectively.
All life is one life. The breath in our lungs was exhaled by forests. The water in our bodies once flowed through waterfalls, circulated in storm clouds, coursed through raging rivers. The elements of the earth are made of the same atoms that compose our physical bodies and the stardust our universe was born from. Separation was only ever a story that we were fed from external forces who capitalized on our ignorance. What we do to the Earth, we do to ourselves. What we do to one another, we do to ourselves. We choose to honor all life as an extension of us, holding deep reverence for nature and each other as one unified field.
Sovereignty implies interdependence. To be sovereign is not to exist apart, but to recognize ourselves as living centers of agency within a world that is always co-arising. Nothing stands alone or comes into being by itself. We are shaped by countless relationships, conditions, ancestors, ecosystems, and choices. Within that web, we possess the power to respond and be co-creators of our reality. Sovereignty begins when we consciously inhabit our place within the whole: neither surrendering our agency to it nor pretending we were ever separate from it, but rather, coming into right relationship with the web of life.
Care given is care received When we look out for another person, we are also looking out for ourselves. Every act of love strengthens the whole that each one of us is held within. We are mirrors for one another, reflecting something the other cannot see alone. We are here to remind one another of who we are, to help each other grow, and through connection become more fully who we came here to be.
Nothing truly dies. It composts. It composts. Change is the only constant. The leaf falls and feeds the soil. The soil feeds the trees. The trees give us oxygen to breathe and nourishment to sustain us. Nothing exists in a fixed, permanent form. Everything is continually becoming something else. We are done clinging to what life is asking us to release. We honor endings, grieve what has been lost, and allow its remains to feed what comes next. Letting go of the old is how we make space for new life to emerge. Death is not separate from life, but part of the same sacred process. To live fully is to love what is here while knowing that it will change.
Story is how humans build reality. Everything we've ever made was imagined first, believed into being. The stories we tell with conviction become the world we live in. We're not just characters here. We're the authors. The pen is in our hands, dipped in the ink well of our hearts. By claiming authorship of the new story that we want to tell together, we are declaring our birthright to building the more beautiful world we all know is possible.
Joy is the journey. Play is sacred. Joy is our birthright. As a species, we have fallen victim to the plight of seriousness. We have forgotten how to have fun, we have lost our way in the pursuit of happiness that supposedly exists in some future moment and been robbed of the happiness of pursuit. It is time to remember our childlike nature and to revive the levity, the whimsy, the delight that that is our essence. True happiness can only be found through presence in the here and now.
PLUR
Thirty years ago, a culture built around music and gathering encoded its deepest values into four words. PLUR - Peace, Love, Unity, Respect. Through the power of belief, we're reigniting this movement, activating a renaissance of these values as a baseline for the ways that we treat each other and our planet at festivals and beyond.
P — PEACE. Represented by Earth. Peace isn't something we manufacture. It's already here, available in our next breath. A settled nervous system is personal peace. Collective nervous system regulation becomes a peaceful world. Tending to your own peace is a public service. Heaven, as it is said to exist unseen here on Earth, is simply the liminal space between two or more beings who have found true peace within themselves.
L — LOVE represented by Water. Love flows, connects, and softens whatever keeps us separate. An empty cup pours nothing, so let life pour into your vessel until it overflows. Love is the recognition of our interdependence, the heart’s knowing that no one and nothing exists alone. It is the glue that holds the whole together, the living quality of the field itself. Like water, love moves freely, takes the shape of what is needed, and brings life wherever it flows. Love is what interdependence feels like from the inside.
U — UNITY represented by Air. Unity is collective harmonic resonance. It is as natural as the air we breathe. Connection is the foundation, coherence is what emerges. Just like voices in a choir finding perfect harmony, many breaths become one to form a beautiful symphony. Unity is the embodied recognition of the interconnectedness of our universe. When we each find our own unique notes in the great song of life, we harmonize our frequencies to create a masterpiece.
R — RESPECT is Fire. Respect is reverence: for ourselves, for one another, for life, for death, and for the sheer wonder of being human. It arises naturally when we recognize our interdependence and remember that the same sacred fire lives within everything. Self-respect is the backbone of sovereignty and respect for all life is what keeps the whole in balance. One flame can light a village. The same flame can burn a forest. Fire holds the power of destruction and the power of transformation. Let us respect that power and use it wisely so that we may purify what no longer serves life, protect what is sacred, and light the way in our hearts toward the New Earth we are creating together.
That's the whole operating system: peace instead of pursuit, love given unconditionally, unity we're already breathing inside of, reverence for the sacred wildness of being alive. PLUR was never just a slogan for the dance floor, it's a microcosm of our basic human nature, a way of life. This is your invitation.
The Invitation & Pledge
This document needs no ratification from any government. Its authority rests in the only place it ever could: the open heart of each person who signs it.
To sign is to remember. To remember is to embody. To embody is to build together.
The invitation stands open to every human of every land, language, lineage, and belief. Reclaim your sovereignty. Offer your gifts in love and service. Come play in the great co-creation.
And so, in the presence of the Earth beneath us, the sky above us, the ancestors behind us, and the generations ahead of us, we, the willing hearts of humanity, do hereby declare: the New Earth is alive in each of us. We consciously choose to be its stewards and pledge to one another our presence, our gifts, and our sacred Love.
It begins now, together. A declaration of our humanity. Every signature adds an author.
Peace. Love. Unity. Respect. Welcome home.
Signed in the heart, sealed in action, celebrated in community.
